Performance Training Class(Youth)
Description

This specialized training program is designed for children, adolescents, and athletes who are passionate about sports training. It is tailored to different stages of growth and development, teaching comprehensive strength, fitness, and movement training. The goal of this course is to help participants improve their physical condition for better sports performance and to help them reach their full potential.

Course Curriculum:

  1. Strength Training

    • Compound exercises to build overall body strength

    • Targeted exercises for key basketball muscle groups

    • Proper lifting techniques and programming

  2. Power Development

    • Plyometric exercises to enhance explosiveness

    • Olympic lifting variations to improve rate of force development

    • Integrated strength and speed training

  3. Agility and Change of Direction

    • Drills to improve foot speed, quickness, and reaction time

    • Training for multi-directional movement patterns

    • Ladder drills, cone drills, and other agility training

  4. Conditioning and Energy System Development

    • High-intensity interval training to build anaerobic capacity

    • Aerobic training to improve endurance

  5. Mobility and Flexibility

    • Dynamic stretching and joint mobility exercises

    • Static stretching for major muscle groups

    • Foam rolling and self-myofascial release techniques

  6. Injury Prevention

    • Functional movement screening and assessment

    • Core stability and balance training

    • Injury risk reduction strategies
