Terms and Conditions of Use

This Agreement is entered into between you ("Member”) and KIDULT SPORTS PLUS HUB LIMITED ("KIDULT SPORTS PLUS HUB LIMITED"), the operator of the KIDULT SPORTS PLUS HUB.

The Agreement applies to your access and use of the training and other services provided by KIDULT SPORTS PLUS HUB LIMITED, including live and taped broadcasts, and AI applications (the "Sessions"), for the duration of the service package you have chosen ("Subscription Package" or "Subscription").

Fees:

• All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• KIDULT SPORTS PLUS HUB reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for processing changes or for any breach of the Agreement.
• Your Subscription consists of a prepaid service package period ("Billing Period") that may be monthly, 6 months, 12 months, or another agreed period.
• The Billing Period must be prepaid and will commence after any agreed free trial period.
• Your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless you provide us with at least 24 hours' prior notice of your intent to renew.
• Any requested changes to your Subscription Package will take effect after the end of the month in which you made the request.

Termination:

You can terminate your subscription at any time by notifying us through the termination settings on the KIDULT SPORTS PLUS HUB Online website. However, this does not entitle you to a refund unless you cancel during a free trial period. Your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless you provide us with at least 24 hours' prior notice of your intent to renew.

Physical Condition and Safety:

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the physical ability to safely participate in the sessions. We recommend consulting a medical professional if you have any concerns. You must use the service in safe surroundings with appropriate equipment.

Members are responsible for their own health and safety while using the fitness center.

Members must immediately report any accidents, injuries, or equipment malfunctions to the staff.

Use of Facilities and Equipment

Members must adhere to all posted rules and instructions regarding the use of equipment and facilities.

Appropriate workout attire and athletic shoes must be worn while using the facilities.

Food and beverages, except for water, are prohibited in the fitness area.

Limitation of Liability:

Neither KIDULT SPORTS PLUS HUB LIMITED nor its employees/agents will be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to you or your property arising from your use of the service.

Members are responsible for their personal belongings and should utilize the provided lockers to store valuables. KIDULT SPORTS PLUS HUB LIMITED is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

User Obligations:

You must not copy, distribute, or modify the KIDULT SPORTS PLUS HUB Online content. You agree to use the service only through the provided interface and not attempt to access it by other means. You are responsible for any content you post and must not engage in harmful, disruptive, or illegal activities.

Miscellaneous:

KIDULT SPORTS PLUS HUB LIMITED reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency arising between the English and any Chinese version of this Agreement (including the Terms & Conditions and/or any rules or notices that KIDULT SPORTS HUB LIMITED may issue under this Agreement), the meaning of the English version shall prevail.
